These terms govern your use of Rummage, operated by Refined Data. By using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Rummage.

Using Rummage

• You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial cooking and meal planning.
• Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.
• You’re responsible for the information and structured household votes you submit.

AI-generated content

Meal ideas, nutrition estimates, substitutions, and instructions are generated by AI and provided for convenience. They may be imperfect or incomplete. Always use your own judgment around food safety, allergies, and dietary needs — Rummage is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Paid Plus and Pro access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple or Google. The app shows the current localized price, billing period, offer terms, renewal status, and links for managing or cancelling before purchase. Store and refund rules also apply.

Availability

Rummage is offered “as is” during an active beta. We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We aim for high reliability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Refined Data is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated suggestions.
